Here are the answers to some of our most asked questions.

How can I lock my date? Once you have chosen your package, we require a signed agreement to lock your date with us as well as a 50% deposit. To make things easier for you, we send e-contracts that you can e-sign, return, and get on with your planning. We will also send you e-invoices, one for the deposit (due within two weeks) and one for the balance (due the week before your wedding). Once we have received your signed agreement and your deposit, you can put your feet up, relax, and know that your wedding photos are taken care of!  

When will we go over the timeline? You will receive a call a week before your event to go over your timeline, photo preferences, and any important details. Then we will touch base with you again the day of the wedding to let you know we’re on the way.

How long until I can see my photos? We work hard to deliver your photos within 4 weeks of your wedding date so you can start sharing the love!

I loved my photos and your service. How can I leave you a review? Your positive reviews really help us and we appreciate every word! Please email us your reviews so we can put them on our site.

Do you offer social sharing? If you want your wedding hashtag to get trending, we can deliver a few select photos within a week of your wedding. Just ask!

How do you accept payment? Cash, check, and credit cards with a 4% processing fee. We also accept bank transfers. You can pay via free bank transfer within the Quickbooks invoice we send you.

When is my payment due in full? Payment is due in full one week before your event.

Can I order prints? You can order prints, canvas, t-shirts, mugs, calendars and more all from within your private gallery. Lots of good gift ideas for the holidays!

Do I have the rights to my photos? The photographer retains the copyright to the images, and you have printing rights. This means that you can share your images as well as print them.

Do you do drone (aerial) photos? Yes! We have a drone and can capture your wedding from above!

How do you charge for destination weddings? I am based in Boca Raton, FL and can travel anywhere in the world. My clients are responsible for travel, stay and a fee (to cover meals, car rental etc..). Inquire today for more details.
